Molly Riggs graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Writing from the University of Northern Colorado in 2020. She interned as an editor at a start-up self-publisher, JesLee Publishing, and as an agent’s assistant at Martin Literary Management and Ladderbird Literary Agency, before joining KAA in 2022. She has also published her own novel, Blue Ink, through the hybrid publisher, New Degree Press. In 2026, she earned her certificate in Editing and Publishing from UCLA.

In her role at KAA, Molly works closely with the Director of Talent, VP and the Director of Author Strategy and Corporate Relations to manage KAA’s relationships with writers, editors, agents, publishers, and other industry professionals.
